Hotel Continental - Angers

The whole experience was real good from start to finish

The breakfast was good. the hotel was pleasant and comfy. - In a very central location

Good location for touring Angers. Hotel is hard to drive to. New parking garage works well. Clean and nice staff. Good breakfast.

Loved my really good stay on vacation. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. It also was anywhere in France outside the major tourist areas.

Conveniently located close to bars, restaurants, and the medieval city center. Had an amazing experience for 2 days - everything was just perfect! 🌟

The furniture and the carpet were a little bit old.

It was clean and newly refurbished. The staff ensured that we found the cheapest parking for the night. We were within walking distance of all the major sites and close to excellent restaurants. We took the advice of the receptionist and had a very good meal. The same receptionist was also very polite when, after the meal, we dragged her to our room as our key would not work - not surprising as I was using a key to another property! An adequate buffet breakfast. Overall, good value.

Delicious organic breakfast with fresh bread and ham, convenient central location, fantastic staff, and lovely rooms.

The hotel was clean and welcoming and good value.The parking at Le Republique was very reasonable for an overnight stay but a bit of an uphill walk with luggage. as we arrived when the market was on, we could not park nearer but presumably one could normally park nearer to unload luggage.

No tea and coffee maker in the room

My small double room was surprisingly large and had all the basic amenities I needed. 🌟

Staff were charming and helpful. Hotel very central with public parking nearby. Didnt take the breakfast but the air conditioning was a big bonus the night we stayed!

One way system made it a little difficult to find but it is very central

The rooms where soundproof and reasonably sized with the air conditioning and a great view, just what we needed. The location was magnificent for getting around, as a train station was minute walk from the hotel...

This place is clean and modest with competent staff, a comfortable location, within walking distance to a cathedral and a museum, creating a really good experience.

Hotel Continental has a great location in the heart of Angers and the hotel staff could't have been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean and well appointed. Breakfast costs extra but it worth the money.
